Le chaleureux accueil de notre hôte, la remarquable qualité des prestations (le niveau d'équipements est pensé... jusque dans les moindre détails), la beauté des lieux (l'immense parc et ses arbres centenaires, la piscine à débordement, la décoration soignée du gîte), tout cela a contribué à la réussite de ce week-end formidable. Un week-end au vert exactement comme on le souhaitait. Le gîte est tellement douillet, bien équipé, chaleureux,... décoré avec beaucoup de goût et bien situé (avec le marché du samedi à Aubenas pied). Tranquillité absolue dans un cadre très très agréable. Petit bonus avec nos amis les animaux : Homer et Dino sont à votre disposition pour beaucoup de câlins à donner si vous le souhaitez.Merci Tristan pour l'accueil ! un très bel endroit, une pépite dans un parc magnifique que l'on aurait pas osé imaginer au coeur d'Aubenas.C'est... le lieu parfait pour se retrouver entre amis. La maison est superbement décorée et aménagée. Rien n'y manque. Notre séjour a été un grand moment de bonheur. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain.Merci à nos hôtes si accueillants et attentionnés, sans oublier les deux adorables toutous qui sont venus nous dire bonjour tous les matins.read more

We had a wonderful time in the beautiful property of Tristan during our stay with the kids. Tristan and his mother are... very discreet, warm and welcoming, and the dogs keep you company throughout your stay. The house is brand-new, beautifully finished and located in a gorgeous park with a cool swimming pool. A super place - highly recommended.read more

Pricing details:
High season: the rental is mainly for a week from Saturday to Saturday. This for months of July and August up to 2 500 € per week.
Mid season: rental is preferred for a week from Saturday to Saturday. This in the months of June and September up to 1 600 € per week.
For the low season, the weekly rental is 1400 €. Then the rental is possible on weekends up to 500 € for 2 nights on site.
Booking details:
- What is included : whatever the stay, the cleaning costs are included, as well as the household linen (beds, towels, etc.), coffee and basic necessities upon your arrival, internet, parking, heating, electricity, etc.
- What is Not included : a stay tax of 1.52 € per night and per person (only for major) will be collected and transferred to the municipality,
- A deposit of 1 000 € is systematically requested during the check in inventory at the entrance. This is returned at the end of the stay if no deterioration is noted during the check out inventory,
- For the payment of the stay, a deposit of 30% will be requested at the booking, the balance will be issued at least 30 days before arrival,
- Finally, a rental contract will be made in 2 copies, available in French and English.
