Booking details:
- What is included : whatever the stay, the cleaning costs are included, as well as the household linen (beds, towels, etc.), coffee and basic necessities upon your arrival, internet, parking, heating, electricity, etc.
- What is Not included : a stay tax of 1.52 € per night and per person (only for major) will be collected and transferred to the municipality,
- A deposit of 1 000 € is systematically requested during the check in inventory at the entrance. This is returned at the end of the stay if no deterioration is noted during the check out inventory,
- For the payment of the stay, a deposit of 30% will be requested at the booking, the balance will be issued at least 30 days before arrival,
- Finally, a rental contract will be made in 2 copies, available in French and English.
